CROFT GUEST HOUSE.

BOOKING CONDITIONS.

1. CONDITIONS.
These conditions shall be incorporated in all booking contracts made between the owners of this establishment("the owners") and guests. Such contracts are legally binding and subject to English Law.
2. RESERVATIONS.
All reservations are contractually binding once made, whether by 'phone, fax, in writing or by any other means. Provisional reservations are not accepted unless expressly agreed and only for the period arranged at the time of booking.
3. SECURED RESERVATIONS.
Reservations may be secured by quoting an accepted credit/debit card number. Alternatively, full payment may be made within 7 days, failing which the owners shall, at their discretion, be entitled to terminate the reservation.
4. CANCELLATION.
Cancellation or curtailment of a reservation, for whatever reason, causes loss if the owners are unable to relet the accommodation.
Guests may be liable to pay the full price of the reservation less any nights which are relet. If cancellation is necessary guests should advise the owners as soon as possible by telephone so that they can endeavour to relet the accommodation. Cancellation insurance leaflets are available from the owners and guests are strongly advised to take out such cover.
5. ARRIVAL TIME.
Rooms will normally be available from 1pm on the day of arrival. Guests intending to arrive after 6pm are requested to advise the owners.
6. DOGS AND PETS.
Dogs and pets are accepted by prior arrangement and subject to current vaccinations. They are not permitted in the dining room (except guide dogs) but may be permitted, by arrangement, in the lounge. Guests shall be fully liable for any damage or loss, of whatever nature, arising from having their dogs or pets on the premises.
